For owners, on one page

The day starts on Today. The big sentence tells you what needs you. Under it: who is on the clock, sales against last week, what is in the drawer, tickets ready for pickup, and a numbered list of things to do. Every number is a link to the rows behind it.

Tickets. New ticket at the counter: customer, device, IMEI (or why it cannot be read), the problem, a deposit if any. Print the intake slip. Quote from the price book or by hand; the customer approves; parts go on order from the ticket; the box arrives and the ticket moves on by itself. When it is ready, “Tell the customer” sends the email. Take the balance, print the pickup receipt.

Sales. Quick sale for anything over the counter: pick from stock or scan, three taps. The log, the summary and the CSV are on the Sales page. A mistake is voided with a reason; nothing is deleted.

Purchases and cash. Record a supplier order with its lines; receive lines as they land. Cash & bank shows what should be in the drawer: cash sales, less cash purchases, less deposits. Take cash to the bank, record the deposit. Count the drawer when you close and the difference is logged.

Stock. Items, quantities, cost and retail, low and out filters, a stock-count mode for walking the shelf, and CSV import from the old sheet. Selling, using on a ticket and receiving all move stock.

Staff and hours. Staff clock in from their phones inside the shop. Schedules give you hours against plan. Pay period gives payroll one CSV with breaks deducted. Missed punches and corrections always carry a note and a name.

Settings holds the rest: receipts, tax, location, pay period, quote rounding, what managers and staff may do, export everything, and the delete button with its 30-day cooling-off.
